Gina, How many pounds did you order?  Gina and I attended a meeting
of the Chicago
Area Food Access, Urban Planting Meeting . It was a truly educational and
informative event for networking and learning.  We were also served a tasty
buffet of dishes created by chefs which utilized Asian carp.  All hits, no
misses, so take a chance and widen your palette!

For those who have not replied yet, this is a FINAL REMINDER to order your
FREE Asian carp minced product samples for delivery next week. As I
mentioned, this protein-rich fish is TASTY and healthful – high in iron and
Omega-3 fatty acids and low contaminant levels (see attached for more
details).



*If interested in receiving a FREE sample – or know anyone who is – simply
reply to this email BY THIS SUNDAY (July 12) with the number of pounds of
FRESH Asian carp you would like me to drop off. *The minced product is very
versatile and will absorb any ingredients used (ie, it won’t taste or smell
like fish), so use your own recipes for the cooking of hamburger patties,
egg rolls, tacos, chili, etc. Plus, you can cut your COSTS IN HALF if used
as a meat substitute.
