I hope this email finds you well, I’m a Community Relations Coordinator for MeridianHealth, one of the Medicaid managed care plans for beneficiaries of the Illinois HealthChoice program. Our community relations department works to develop relationships with organizations to build community coalitions and promote health awareness and managed care in the communities that we serve.

I’m reaching out to learn more about the Education Committee through CCGA and the work that you do for the community. Currently, I’m working on a virtual event that will allow community members to learn various topics on health and wellness including urban gardening . We’d like to provide a short 15 minute demo on how they can grow their own produce at home to help them live healthier lives. I’d appreciate the opportunity to share more information about this event in the case you may have an organization in your network that would be interested in participating.
