[Advocacy-outreach] [Communications] We have a Conference Theme and an RFP

I think if it's not the CCGA that will "build and thrive" which it says now
then the word "our" is  not correct.  It doesn't say that the Gardeners are
the ones doing the building and thriving - but that it's the CCGA
organization. One way to clear it would be to actually say-* "Chicago
Community Gardeners Are Challenged to Build and Thrive". *  (and the CCGA's
goal is to make it happen)
