Your email has been forwarded to the working groups in CCGA. Please submit
your proposal to CCGA that we may consider your plans and where or if we
may be of assisttance. What efforts have you made to acquire the land or
seek permission to use?

There is some work you must do in advance of CCGA involvement and you will
likely want to do that preliminary work on your own to start a project
before engaging CCGA. Do you have a team of youth workers?
