[Advocacy-outreach] [Communications] Meeting in person/Coordinating Committee

I see this as an opportunity to involve more people into CCGA.
May I suggest our public libraries? Ive included a map with the meeting room capacities written in for each site.
I would propose to have a rotating quarterly meeting in each of the regions: N/S/Central/SE/W.
And when possible, please make it a hybrid/zoom meeting for those of us who have travel/accessibility barriers.
I personally will offer to facilitate a southside library meeting in 60655 or 60643 areas.
Or can offer our UIE space at 8753 S Greenwood, chgo 60619 during business hours.

Good Morning,

Regulations have changed at The Hatchery so we are no longer able to book a room for our monthly in-person meetings.

We have a motion on record that a number of meetings must be in person, therefore we need another venue, best if for our March 18 meeting.

Please reply with suggestions for a place to meet. Must be open to public or allow community groups without charge, be well lighted, close to public transportation, have parking. Is that asking for much?
