[Advocacy-outreach] [Communications] Meeting in person/Coordinating Committee

Kudos to you for taking the time to do the tedious search to look at sites
with capacity and a 6 -7pm time slot with a 5:30 - 7:30 additional time
that is required for all community and meeting rooms.. I have tentatively
booked a room for March 18 6-7pm at the Richard M Daley branch, Meeting
Room (max. 45 people) 733 N. Kedzie Avenue Chicago, IL 60612. It is on the
#52 CTA bus route, but it does not have a parking lot.

Is this a good fit for our March 18 meeting?  We will likely have a
discussion and motion moving forward.
