for an On-Farm Produce Safety Walkthrough

and discussion on produce safety practices in an urban farm setting. This
walkthrough will be modeled after On-Farm Readiness Reviews (OFRRs), which
are *free educational assessments being offered by FDA and Extension to
farms* that must be in compliance with FSMA's Produce Safety Rule. Our
walkthrough will *highlight Rodeo Farm's various produce safety
practices,* pointing
out where contamination risks to produce may exist and discussing actions
farmers can take to reduce risk. *Topics will include* workers, soil
amendments, wildlife/domesticated animals, water sources and usage,
wash/pack station, and transportation. *Come with questions!*
