[Communications] Conf Registration Status - Feedback - Important

Amy,

I took the time to call Angela. She has not contacted the vendor about
which meats are being offered in the lunch box although there will be a
vegetarian option.  As far as I see it,it is either meat or vegetarian
lunch box.  Angela stated no one had been in touch with her about needing
this information by a certain date!!

She offers to call vendor early am  if we want to wait and have people
check which meat they want in a more curated manner.

What do you think?  I guess holding registration until noon would not be
the end of all, but I don't see any reason to hold off longer.
