[Communications] Entrance for Conference from Arts Building

That's great news; if using the Arts building lobby costs us no more then
we can definitely consider using it as it's easier to enter there from the
parking lot as I understand it, and it has the added benefit of putting
attendees through the bridge with the vendors set up.  Please verify with
Matt that the switch costs us no more and we'll go from there.  Your help
has been invaluable.

Of ourse JW and Mamie who are running registration will want to check it
out as we did the hall of the main building.

Let us know when you talk to Matt.
