Is there a elevator? I know we didn't complete the conversation as a committee as to weather or not we were going to pay to use the bridge. I will allow M Toy to figure it out as you requested Lorraine.
ThanksAngela

That's great news; if using the Arts building lobby costs us no more then we can definitely consider using it as it's easier to enter there from the parking lot as I understand it, and it has the added benefit of putting attendees through the bridge with the vendors set up. Please verify with Matt that the switch costs us no more and we'll go from there. Your help has been invaluable.
Of ourse JW and Mamie who are running registration will want to check it out as we did the hall of the main building.
Let us know when you talk to Matt.

Hi Lorraine,
I've not been involved on that decision. I offered to follow up with Matt Swanson when the decision was made by the committee.
I suggested it up as an option when we met at WY so that folks would walk thru the bridge area and by the vendors going and coming to the conference to provide more exposure to the vendors. The cost of the Arts Lobby is the same as the main building lobby so there is no extra charge...we would just swap out the lobbies.
If the decision is to put the vendors in the bridge then I think the main entrance for the conference should be in the Arts Building. If the decision is to put the vendors in the Blue House and NOT the bridge, I would recommend using the entrance to the Academic Building on Laflin.

May,
You and Angela spoke briefly last time we met in the conference room about the possibility of using the entrance from the Arts Building to the bridge. I haven't heard from either of you if that went any further. Do you think it's worth pursuing?
Everyone has been quite busy with conference planning, so I may be out of the loop on this and missed the communication
Let me know. Thanks
Lorraine
