[Communications] Visit to WYHS while students are not in session

Matt,

Will the building have security staff or be completely closed on Monday as
it is President's day?

If possible CCGA Finances and Education folks about 4 of us would
appreciate being able to take a walk through the House area on the second
floor of the Academic building.  If Monday is not possible, we would do
this Tuesday.

How late in the day may we take the walkthrough or have it completed on
Tuesday?

Lastly, for the workshops in the classrooms, I understand there are
overhead projectors, but my notes don't tell me whether there are drop down
screens or  screens on stands or whiteboards for projection of slides,
images, etc.
