[Communications] Meeting Notes from Tuesday, January 21

Kimberly,

No doubt you are enjoying that new grandbaby, and I hope we get to see
photos if you can make the meeting Tuesday, the 18th.  Jw will be sending
out a reminder with an agenda sometime soon.

I don't believe I've seen the meeting notes from the coordinating meeting
at the Hatchery on Jan 21.  Please type up those notes and send them to all
the committees. These notes become the permanent record of the meeting and
are archived on our website.  It is also important to have them sent before
the next meeting Tuesday, Feb 18 when we will vote to adopt them.
