[Communications] Visit to WYHS while students are not in session

Thank you Matt. We will make another walk through Tuesday around 4:45pm to
be well out of the building by 5:30.

Thank you as well for getting back to me about the classrooms. We will
certainly have what we need and be respectful of concerns about misuse of
the smartboards.
