Hello all, Please forward if needed.

Those involved in MOTM planning the conference may wish to visit Whitney
Young HS to again walk through the 2nd floor on Tuesday to consider
alternate arrangements of tabling for vendors/exhibitors if it is
determined in the coordinating meeting through discussion Tuesday evening
that use and rental of the bridge is not suitable. Since our meeting at
CCGT is scheduled for 6 pm, I recommend we complete our walk through by
5:30 pm.
So a walk through promptly at 4:45 or is 5 pm enough time? Please RSVP asap
or by Monday at the latest.

Please keep in mind that we are paying for one custodian during 5 hours of
the conference for $350 depending on how we determine those hours.

If we require reconfiguring the dining area to accommodate vendors how will
we accomplish that?

Education will have to configure at least two of the classrooms for
panelists Saturday morning. Between communications and education much of
our time is taken up already Saturday morning. As well I'm unaware if we
have access to the building to do any reconfiguration Friday night on our
own.

Any questions or concerns, Please reply all.

Lorraine

Unfortunately, there will not be someone in the building to assist you on
Monday. You are welcome to stop by on Tuesday between 3:30pm - 5:30pm and
our front desk security guard can take you around, Ms. Johnson, who I
believe you met previously.

The classrooms are fully inclusive for projectors, computers, and screens.
There are whiteboards as well. Please note that every classroom has a
SmartBoard which may only be written on using the computer/stylus. Almost
every room has an additional, traditional whiteboard and markers. Please
be sure not to write on the SmartBoard with any markers.

Thank you,
