[Communications] Newsletter and website stuff

I was asking both for the newsletter and the website. I think it’s a good idea to mention the keynote speaker, as he could draw new people to the conference.

I was thinking about a paragraph with conference highlights. Expanded info can go on the website.

As far as food, we don’t need to mention it in the newsletter but we will need to know asap if there is anything that has to be included on the registration form - there was talk of having boxed lunches, and people would preorder a ‘sandwich’ via the form. 

I’m just trying to gather as much info as possible.
