[Communications] CCGA: Conference schedule - checking in

Lorraine, I agree that exhibitors should get there early and be open as
long as they want to be.  Conferences usually allow people who attend to do
whatever they want - maybe some will not even want to attend workshops,
just mix and mingle, walk around to see exhibitors and eat.  And that's all
ok.
