CCGA generally does not send out an email blast such as the newsletter and
the survey one immediately after the other. Our choices are to include the
survey in the newsletter or provide a link to it. In the height of garden
season would we likely get a good response?

We can send the newsletter with a reference to it, then call a zoom meeting
to get a motion and full working committee support for this endeavor and
hear how strongly CCGA is willing to go for liability insurance and how in
practical terms we can do it, ie. a GO FUND ME campaign. Then send the
survey a week later.

Or any combination of the above, but I've heard nothing from anyone how we
might get this going.

Not surprisingly there has yet been no response to an email I sent Saturday
to the working groups about the water hydrant policy.

In it I said "Many felt we should advocate for ourselves as community
gardeners. May Toy has volunteered to act as an advocate for us with the
city. This thread will be open to hearing from you.

We do need to address this as an organization with possibly a zoom meeting
or an in person meeting."
