[Communications] Motion by email

Here's a sample email.

It's high season for gardeners, so rather than take you out of those
gardens ripe with tomatoes and peppers, the Communications team is sending
out this motion for your vote by 5 pm Thursday.

Discussion may take place between now and then on this motion here. We see
this as a way to move from competing for resources to sharing them.

"CCGA supports collective action with AUA, and additionally to more
inclusively respond to the needs and requirements of community gardens, as
pertains to the city water hydrant policy, supports a survey of CCGA
gardens affected and advocacy for those gardens.

There's no mention of what the advocacy will be. Please suggest wording.
That needs to be open to allow for proposed changes without locking in to
anything."  I know there are many in CCGA working groups who really think
NeighborSpace and especially AUA are already on top of this and we should
work with them.
