Hi all,

After talking with Gina and Angela, we decided to set the call up via web conference.
JW will be sending a link for the call via Zoom. Sorry for any confusion!

The purpose of the call today is to do a general review of the conference status and gather everyone’s thoughts. We can do a deeper dive in the coming days and weeks. For instance, we can set another conference call next week to focus on specific tasks.

We’d like to keep the call to an hour, and thought that framing the discussion with some questions could help with envisioning a future event. Here are some suggestions for questions, please reply to all if you’d like to add any questions/topics. We can give each question equal time.

2. Communications/Finance - Ability to refund GoFundMe payments (5 mins)

1. Should we offer refunds to people who prepaid? 
2. When should we hold the conference?
3. Related to #2 - Should the workshop subject matter be different depending on the time of year?
4. What are people’s thoughts about a virtual conference (to be held in April)?
