[Communications] [Membership] COVID-19 and community gardens in Chicago - guidelines from NeighborSpace & CCGA attached - please share!

I think we should reach out first with a positive piece about spring and
gardens and seeds and after providing some suggestions and information
about starting seeds (and seed sources - from our CCGA conference maybe?)
we can send (attach)  the Covid19 information.  Everything that's going out
to read now  is heavy and negative.  I think we could and should lighten it
a little.  That's what gardening is for, right?
