Hi Julie,
Sorry for any confusion, but the idea is to post this graphic on Facebook and on our website asap because it could help provide some clarity around community gardening right now, amidst the stay-at-home order. While it may seem serious, the guidance we are putting out there basically says - garden, but do so cautiously :)
About the newsletter - I completely agree with you that our newsletter should begin with a very positive message of support. I envision something like this:
1. Message of support and happy spring
2. Conference update (info about refunds?)
3. Announcement of forum
4. Some resources, seed starting info, things to do while home, DIY sanitizer for tools, etc.
5. COVID-19 guidelines from CCGA and Neighborspace
If anyone has time, feel free to pull together some resources we could include in the newsletter. I can work on it but am busy also with some other projects.
Have a lovely evening, stay positive!
Amy

Everything that's going out to read now is heavy and negative. I think we could and should lighten it a little. That's what gardening is for, right?
