[Communications] Postpone or add more time to Zoom

In honor of the people lost to the coronavirus, tonight Hello,

Chicagoans are asked to participate in a citywide COVID-19 memorial service
by turning off your lights and electronics for 10 minutes, starting at 6:00
pm.  You are also invited to step outside, light a candle and respect a
moment of silence.

We all know people who have sickend or died.  We should do this without
cynicism and in good faith to each other to recognize our community's impact
