[Communications] CCGA 2021 Conference - Creation of ad hoc development team

Hi everyone,

At our meeting on Tuesday evening, we discussed creating an ad hoc team to work on sponsorships for this year’s conference. If you’re interested in participating, please send an email to the communications team (communications at chicagocommunitygardens.org <mailto:communications at chicagocommunitygardens.org>) with your availability this week for a zoom meeting. Please indicate the time you are available:

Sat 1/23 - open
Sun 1/24 - open
Mon 1/25 - 6pm
Tues 1/26 - 6pm
Wed 1/27 - 6pm
Thurs 1/28 - 6pm

We’ve gathered the existing materials and have started updating them and will share these with the ad hoc members once we are set up!
