[Communications] Invitation to CCGA's 8th Annual Spring Conference

We spoke a few moments ago, and I want to follow up on our conversation.

We invite you, Growing Organic to give a presentation on indigenous
microorganisms and how to collect and use them in gardens and compost at
our 8th Annual Virtual Conference in March on Saturday the 20th of March.
Although the practice of collecting and utilizing this resource has been
common in gardens in Hawaii, Africa and Asia, we hadn’t heard of this
practice before a recent presentation, but we think you may be able to do a
great job.  Given the cool graphics and step by step Guide to Beneficial
IMO on your website, and the fact that you’ve been thinking about doing
something like this and have a space to record or live stream leads us to
believe this could work well for all of us.

 Our one caveat to accepting a proposal is that nothing may be advertised
or sold during your presentation.  We are dedicated to our community
gardeners with a sole focus on providing education and information.

I’ve included our Communications team on this email as they are handling
the platform of the conference.  I’ve also included a link to our website
and attached our Request for Proposal as well as a brief information sheet
about us. chicagocommunitygardens.org

The deadline of Friday, Jan. 29 for the RFP just gives us a head’s up for
our marketing and conference registration and a commitment from you,
Growing Organic.  If you have additional  questions or concerns, please let
us hear from you.
