[Communications] Draft of Newsletter piece

Sorry, an earlier email went out without a draft meant for the newsletter
and when I did send it, apparently some didn't receive it, so here it is
again..  This draft in no way precludes what Julie has written for the
newsletter about the O&A team. That still has to be pulled together.
