[Communications] Website message for Outreach & Advocacy Team

Hello all,

Thanks to Amy the CCGA website reads correctly for Outreach and Advocacy
and the text now reads as follows:

This newly formed team, formerly known as the Membership Committee, is
seeking your input and energy in defining how CCGA can best advocate for
Chicago’s Community gardens. We’re also actively exploring ways to better
connect gardeners to resources, to volunteers, and to each other! Stay
tuned for more details!

You expressed an interest in this team, and you are the ones the website
will need to hear from to rewrite the Team Purpose, Current Projects, and
How to Contact us which will be changed once the purpose and projects have
been written.  How you do this is up to you, but if you need help, the
Communications team is standing by to assist you.
