[Communications] Fwd: Gleaning Volunteer Opportunities Question

Hi Communications team - I was reading the email below and am wondering if by “gleaning” Sam is referring to an opportunity where a person can harvest as part of their compensation? I feel like a project such as Growing Home, Star Farm, Herban Produce, or Urban Growers Collective may have more connections to summer farm employment. I don’t have time this week to talk with her, does anyone want to follow up?

It looks like her organization is located in New Jersey.
