Hello All,

Please join us for our weekly conference planning meeting this Thursday
March 4th at 6pm. This should be a shorter meeting than the last few.
Another reminder with the link will be sent Thursday morning.

We will be discussing and working to finish the following items:


   -

   continued planning for public Main Stage events, scripting timelines for
   presenters;
   -

   follow-up on exhibitor and sponsor solicitations;
   -

   Usage discussion of our Hoppin event platform and presentation
   moderation;


Also - registration is open for the 2021 conference. Last year's payers
have been contacted and Mike Nowak has agreed to present the CEGA portion
on the main stage.

The next standing CCGA Coordinating meeting is Tuesday March 16, 2021 at 6pm
