[Communications] Lead or Heavy Metals in Garden Soil

JW,

In a day or so, no more I'll resend an edited version of the info I sent
for the meeting, with more information on testing for heavy metals vs
testing for soil nutrients such as calcium or phosphorus.

I've also emailed Andrew to ask if he can point us in the direction of
remediation, but I also found an EPA pdf that is very, very thorough.  So
just give me a bit more time and you can put it all on the web.
