[Communications] From JW - CCGA Communications Team Task List

Hi All,

Lorraine, Mamie and I met with Asha on 9/12/2024 and went over the CCGA
communications team cyclical tasks. I had notes I was working from at the
time and have now typed them up. They are attached here in the form of a
pdf file. It is the ‘Communications Team Routine Tasks’ document.  I also
attached another doc that came up in the meeting when reviewing the tasks
that I made for Mamie on how to make normal posts on the website.

Note, these are the ‘routine cyclical’ tasks for the communications team,
they do not include any of the vendor oversight/setup/maintenance tasks
that we need to run our stuff:  hosting platform, social media vendors,
MailChimp, Google account, etc..

I did get caught up on all the forum requests and got everybody signed up.
I also made a post as I still have some extra fig trees to give away.

The October CCGA meeting is next Tuesday so I usually send the reminder at
the end of the week before the meeting.  I did this Friday and of course I
didn’t know whether it was an in-person or Zoom meeting.

I’ll have to respond separately to Asha’s comments. I’ve only read them
once and of course she has some valid points.
