An update from Tom Lally (Thomas... at cityofchicago.org

To those who are putting in an application for the HUP who have not done so 
already, please contact him directly ahead of time. They are still 
experiencing issues on the back end, limiting their ability to see 
application materials. Contacting Tom directly will ensure that your 
materials are seen, and that you would not have to complete the application 
or send materials more than one time.
