[Communications] Community Garden Question

Hello Chicago Community Gardens Team,

I hope this email finds you well. I am Guadalupe, a student studying mechanical engineering at Illinois Institute of Technology. As well as a current SEED intern with Argonne National Laboratory and we have a project about community gardens. Our project centers on making a new community garden in Cook County and Chicago. Below are some questions I have about making a new garden.
