We are looking forward to our film screening of HASIK: "To Sow"

27th, at FACETS Film Forum* and having a CCGA table during the opening
reception!🎉

Just wanted to remind you about the event and tabling details:

   - Tabling allows for 2 people to also attend the screening. Can you
   remind me of who will be tabling?
   - *Arrival Time *can be as* early as 5:00pm, we ask all tables to be set
   up no later than 5:30pm *as guests will arrive at 6pm for the reception
   prior to the film.
   - There are both 5 and 8 foot tables available.
   - *Parking: **FACETS Film Forum Address: *1517 W Fullerton Ave Chicago,
   IL, 60614
