[Communications] RingCentral Events Service Level Agreement Update

 We are reaching out to inform you that we have updated the RingCentral Events Service Level Agreement (SLA)<https://info.ringcentral.com/MDc1LURUQi03MTUAAAGZSYxcVCqy4nt6m1lNbtFbr7wnDNrG3K4rXaKoBXs4Lf17VYFkYrnX_da58fn3iadm1qHBG7M=> as of March 17, 2025. For customers who signed up for the RingCentral Events service before March 17, 2025 and are subject to this online SLA, these updates will take effect on April 18, 2025. Please review the updated SLA.
