Hi Britt,
Thank you for forwarding me this job opening. I am a former high school
teacher and I live in East Garfield Park. I'm pretty connected with the
community gardens around here, including "*What's Growing On?*"-- an urban
farm run by my neighbors, Dantrell and Kelly Larson, who used to work with
The Chicago Botanic Gardens in the job training program. I have a
significant amount of experience working with youth and I am familiar with
the Farm on Ogden, North Lawndale Christian Health Center, and The
Gardeneers.
'll submit my application shortly and my resume is attached for your
reference.
In gratitude,
Larissa
