[Communications] CCGA Resources Committee_Distribution Guidelines

Dear Chicago Community Gardeners,

We want to let you know that the CCGA Resources Committee will have a plant
distribution of perennials on Saturday, July 20.  Details will follow in
another email soon. In the meantime, we hope you will help us to make the
upcoming distribution run smoothly by taking a minute to look at the
attached Distribution Guidelines. If we all follow these, things should run
smoothly.

The Resources Committee needs volunteers (1) to help unload and sort the
plants on Friday, July 19, from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m., and (2) on
Saturday, July 20, from 8:45 a.m. until 11:00 a.m.  If you can help, please

me which day you can be with us.  Thank you!
