[Communications] CCGA conference - evaluations follow up

Hi Mamie and communications and education teams,

JW and I met today and talked over the evaluation tools available on the Hopin platform.

Here’s what we recommend:
Use the live polling feature built in to Hopin to conduct multiple choice polls/eval during the conference
Create a survey outside of Hopin for longer answer feedback. Provide a link to this in the event chat in Hopin a few times during the conference. We can do this with Google forms or another tool easily.
Mamie, and others, would you be willing to take the lead to pull together some poll and evaluation questions? We can share this at the meeting on the 11th for feedback and then prepare the content for use at the conference. It can be based on past conference evaluations and we can tailor it for the poll format.

I’ve attached the evaluation forms from 2018 and 2019 for reference. In 2018, we used a Google form for the evaluations which would work well for the long form eval this year. The attached pdf includes both the questions and feedback.
