Seeds Of Change is offering $300,000 in grants to school and community gardens. 21 Chicago projects are in the running for an infusion of $10,000 or $20,000 in funding. The 50 national finalists will be determined by how many votes are received by noon on April 18. Support our gardens by voting daily and sharing widely.
