Pullman Garden Club 2017 Winter Lecture Series – Sunday Jan. 22nd

Please join the Historic Pullman Garden Club, the Pullman State Historic Site and the Illinois Historic Preservation Agency for the first presentation in the garden club’s 2017 Winter Lecture Series: “Building Garden Communities.”

Christopher Weber, an environmental organizer and freelance journalist, will share thoughts on how to build our communities and why it’s as important as the plants.

The lecture is Sunday January 22, 2017, at 2 pm in the historic Hotel Florence, 11111 S Forrestville Ave, Chicago IL 60628.

This FREE event is open to everyone, refreshments will be served and there will be door prizes. The Pullman Historic District can be reached by taking the 111th Street exit west off of I-94 or via the Metra Electric Train Line, exiting on the 111th St/Pullman stop.
