Chicken Butchery

Learn the basics of butchering chickens at home. We’ll walk you through all the steps, from slaughter to dressing out. Participants will also have the opportunity to get hands-on experience with the butchering process. Class also includes an overview of chicken care, housing and feeding. Course fee includes a frozen soup chicken (from a USDA-inspected facility) to take home.
