Join Local Foods & Small Farms Educator Zack Grant for an in-depth workshop on curing the winter blues with indoor greens production. You will learn how to grow nutrient packed microgreens safely indoors. You’ll leave with a seeded 1010 tray and seeds to start your next planting.  In addition, there will be discussion on how microgreens can scale up into a small business enterprise.
