NRCS Conservation Practices Field Day – Back of the Yards

Join the U of I Extension Local Foods Small Farms team, NRCS field agents and Star Farmers to learn how you can implement conservation practices at your urban ag site. NRCS offers cost share programs for raised beds, mulching, compost facilities, high tunnels, pollinator strips and more. The minimum farm size to participate is 1/100 acre.
