He will show multiple methods that are used to preserve foods such as canning, dehydration, fermentation and more. He will outline each method’s pros and cons, discuss how long food will last while stored each way, and describe what foods are best for each method. Being ever interested in energy usage, Tim will also take a deeper look into how much energy each method will use and what will be your greenest option!
