Professional Development Opportunity for Educators

On June 28, 2014, the Chicago Botanic Garden is hosting the 16^th School Gardening Conference “Next Generation of School Gardening”, for all grade levels. This conference provides an inspiring showcase of presentations, from tips to starting a new garden, to ways to make the garden a vital part of the curriculum.  This year’s conference will focus on connecting gardening to Next Generation Science Standards, and incorporating into classroom curriculum.
