Hello Community Gardeners,

The Resources Committee has grown hundreds of vegetable seedlings to kick-start your gardens: 18 types of tomatoes (including some gorgeous heirlooms), sweet and hot peppers, kale, rosemary, brussels sprouts, cabbage, cauliflower, parsley, basil and collards.  We will also have a variety of ornamental annuals, including asclepias, ageratum, datura, impatiens, rudbeckia, snapdragons, marigolds, verbena bonariensis, pentas, talinum, salvia and nasturtiums…whew!   Each community garden will receive a large pre-selected sampler box of goodies.  Bonus items: lucky winners (we’ll explain) will get to choose from a selection of beautiful perennials donated by our good friends at Westover Farms.

CCGA will also feature a special sale of new heavy and durable wrought iron shepherd hooks, plant hangers and more at the distribution.
