Rotating Community Table at Plant Chicago’s Summer Farmers Market!

The Plant Chicago is announcing their rotating community table at their summer farmers market for the 2016 season. The market is held each Saturday from June 4through September 10, from 10am-2pm.

They are looking for community farms, school gardens and other urban farming projects in Chicago to show off their produce and value-added products at their thriving summer farmers market in the Back of the Yards.  Please note that an organization is only able to accept donations based on suggested prices and there are no formally set prices or ‘sales’.

The Plant would like to accommodate as many school or community gardens that would like to participate, so interested parties will be allotted one Saturday spot to begin with.

The application is due Friday May 27th by 5pm.  Please either scan the application to be sent as a pdf or use a high quality image of the application when submitting via email to Eileen Evoy  voy.eileen@gmail.com.
